Shipping & Returns
Lead time for delivery of furniture is 7 working days if it is in stock. If it is out of stock it can take up to 10 weeks but this is unusual. If a product is out of stock we will contact you to give an estimated delivery date.
Delivery charges vary according to destination and are specified when placing an order.
Please note that bespoke products can not be returned or exchanged.
Pre-orders are subject to the terms set out per product.
All goods are shipped suitably packaged for transit purposes only. If your order arrives damaged it must be signed for as such and reported to us immediately at email@example.com
We endeavor to check all of our products before dispatch but should any goods arrive with a fault or if we have made a mistake with your order please email us immediately and send photos of the damage/fault. We will require you to return the order with all packaging and labels. We cannot take responsibility for any goods lost in transit, so please use a secure service when returning any goods.
Please also note that our fabrics have natural and manufacturing characteristics such as slubs and knots.
If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
You, as the purchaser, are responsible for any other taxes or duties (such as import duties) payable on Rye&Moor products.
You have the right to return your unused furniture or textiles in perfect condition within 14 days receipt of your order otherwise refunds will not be issued. Shipping is at the customer’s expense. Full payment less delivery costs and any duty charged will be refunded to you.
If the goods are faulty or we have made a mistake with your order, postage costs will be refunded. We cannot take responsibility for any goods lost in transit, so please use a secure service when returning any unwanted goods.
